What file formats do you accept for embroidery designs?

We accept PNG, JPG, SVG, AI, EPS, and PDF files. For best results, we recommend providing a vector file (SVG, AI, or EPS) with at least 300 DPI resolution. Our team will convert your file to an embroidery-ready format and send you a digital proof for approval.
What is the minimum order quantity?

For custom embroidery orders, the minimum quantity is 1 piece. However, bulk discounts kick in from 10 pieces onwards. For corporate or bulk orders, please use our bulk quote form to get the best pricing.
How long does it take to deliver my order?

Standard orders are delivered in 7โ10 business days from approval of the digital proof. Express orders (3โ5 days) are available at an additional charge. Bulk orders have dedicated timelines discussed at the time of quoting. We ship pan-India via reputed courier partners.
Can I preview my design before it's embroidered?

Absolutely! Every order includes a free digital proof โ a realistic mockup of your embroidery on the chosen product. We won't start production until you approve the proof. You can request unlimited revisions on the proof at no extra charge.
What thread colours are available?

We stock over 500 Madeira certified thread colours. You can choose specific Pantone codes or upload a colour reference. Our team will match the closest available thread colour and confirm it in the digital proof.
Are the products machine washable?

Yes! All our embroidery is done with premium Madeira threads that are colourfast and wash-proof. We recommend cold machine wash (30ยฐC) and avoiding tumble drying to extend the life of your embroidery. Turn the garment inside out before washing for best results.
Do you offer samples before bulk orders?

Yes, for bulk orders above 50 pieces, we offer a paid sample (1 piece at full price + express production). Once you approve the sample and place the bulk order, the sample cost is deducted from your final invoice.
What is your return policy?

Since all our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or the embroidery doesn't match the approved proof, we will replace the item free of charge. Please see our full returns policy for details.
Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship pan-India only. International shipping is coming soon! If you're based outside India, please contact us and we'll do our best to arrange a custom solution.
How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email and WhatsApp message with your tracking number and courier partner details. You can track your package in real time on the courier's website.
